Manchester Garden Room Installation

Fitrite were recently tasked with designing a garden room to help our client extend their living space in order to up the property’s usability and value.
The Problem
Based in Greater Manchester, our homeowner clients were looking to maximise their property’s potential by extending their living area into their spacious garden. Their main goals were to create a functional space that could be used year-round, improving the property’s usability and increasing its overall value. The existing garden was underutilised, lacking a dedicated area for relaxation, remote work or entertaining. As such, the challenge for our team was to design and construct a garden room that not only met these functional requirements but also blended seamlessly with the home’s existing aesthetic and the surrounding natural environment.
The Outcome
Fitrite delivered a stunning garden room installation, tailored to the specific requirements of our client. Using antique cladding, the garden room achieved a rustic yet contemporary look that both blended in well with the home architecture and made the project more environmentally friendly.
Designed with multi-functionality in mind, the newly installed garden room makes the ideal home office – providing a quiet and dedicated workspace away from the main living areas – alongside being perfect for relaxing in the garden and for entertainment purposes, featuring enough space to host small gatherings, family events or dinner parties.
Our team also made use of sustainable and reclaimed materials which meant that the project’s carbon footprint was greatly reduced. By repurposing existing materials, we successfully minimised waste and resource consumption, which aligns with our company’s eco-conscious values. We are proud to install structures that have a low environmental impact, without compromising on quality or durability.
