We are the market leading installer of Decking to the leisure, domestic and commercial markets. Some of the brands we work with are Haven Holidays, Parkdean Resorts and Park Holidays UK. No other decking company surpasses our extensive coverage, installing decking in numerous parks across the entire UK, including Northern Ireland. Moreover, our workforce is distinguished by its substantial size, employing a considerable number of individuals.

Whilst we are the largest operator in the market, we are still on the hunt for new customers. There are still thousands of caravan parks out there to be discovered by us. Your role will be essential to assist Regional Sales Manager in the growth of your region. You will continue to provide the outstanding Fitrite service and support to existing customers. You will advise the park owners of the advantages and possibilities that come from partnering with Fitrite as their decking provider.

Role & Accountability (including, but not limited to):

Analyse drawings and be able to work to a plan in detail.
Working in teams, install Fitrite Decking and Fencing on customer sites. Remove and refit decks. Perform remedial work.
Work with equipment such as compound mitre saws, impact drivers, angle grinders, multi-tools and hand tools
Tools and training are provided to ensure that you can do a quality job.
Load and unload the van, look after the stocks, dispose of waste properly.
Follow Health & Safety guidelines as set out by the company. Work safely on site and with power tools. Use the PPE that has been issued to you.
If a full driving license is required, you must notify the company of any offences or changes in your personal circumstances that effect your license.
Some travel is required every day in company-provided vehicles. There is occasional need to travel and stay away overnight to support the needs of the business.
Maintain Excellent time keeping and reliability.

Purpose of the Role:

Utilising the success and reputation of our national business, you’ll tailor our superior product and service to meet the unique needs of each business.
You will undertake site visits and fit Fitrite products throughout the job with the parks and customers.
Customer advocacy is at our core, with our customers serving as the true measure of our service standards. We actively seek feedback through quarterly surveys, remaining agile and continuously challenging ourselves, and encourage you to do the same.
As a Fitter, you will possess the capability to measure, fit and and address remedial tasks.
You will be collaborating with the aftersales department and Depot Managers to ensure seamless operations.
You will be responsible for identifying competition activities and industry changes.
The role typically includes working Monday to Friday and some weekends attending exhibitions and park visits in peak season.

Person Profile:

Driven and hard-working individuals who are prepared to go above and beyond to ensure a job well done
Joinery / carpentry experience would be advantageous
5* quality mindset, in keeping with our company values
Overnight stays may be required occasionally (paid for by Fitrite)
Driving Licence essential
