We are the market leading installer of Decking to the leisure, domestic and commercial markets. Some of the brands we work with are Haven Holidays, Parkdean Resorts and Park Holidays UK. No other decking company surpasses our extensive coverage, installing decking in numerous parks across the entire UK, including Northern Ireland. Moreover, our workforce is distinguished by its substantial size, employing a considerable number of individuals.
Whilst we are the largest operator in the market, we are still on the hunt for new customers. There are still thousands of caravan parks out there to be discovered by us. Your role will be essential to assist Regional Sales Manager in the growth of your region. You will continue to provide the outstanding Fitrite service and support to existing customers. You will advise the park owners of the advantages and possibilities that come from partnering with Fitrite as their decking provider.
Role & Accountability (including, but not limited to):
- Maintaining existing accounts through park visits determined by your Regional Sales Manager.
- Establishing robust relationships with current customers to secure ownership of the accounts.
- Installation Quality checks.
- Performing small repairs and logging remedials in close collaboration with the aftersales department.
- Managing remove and re-fit installations with the existing accounts.
- Effective teamwork with Depot Management to ensure smooth installation deadlines.
- Final survey measurement checks (including van siting and groundwork checks).
- Fleetwork Management.
- Non sales operations such as deck appraisals and maintenance of graveyard decks.
- Assisting Sales Manager technically and commercially.
- Sales administration.
- Assisting the National Sales Support Manager / Regional Sales Manager with any special projects as required.
- Flexibility is required as working unsociable hours will be a part of this role.
Purpose of the Role:
- Utilising the success and reputation of our national business, you’ll tailor our superior product and service to meet the unique needs of each business.
- You will undertake site visits and share product information with the parks and customers.
- Customer advocacy is at our core, with our customers serving as the true measure of our service standards. We actively seek feedback through quarterly surveys, remaining agile and continuously challenging ourselves, and encourage you to do the same.
- As an Aftersales Technician, you will possess the capability to conduct repairs and address remedial tasks.
- You will be collaborating with the aftersales department and Depot Managers to ensure seamless operations.
- You will be responsible for identifying competition activities and industry changes.
- The role typically includes working Monday to Friday and some weekends attending exhibitions and park visits in peak season.
Person Profile:
Sales Support must be an outgoing, methodical, service focused and approachable individual, with great communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A solid understanding of the product and its installation is essential for this role.
- You should possess a strong desire for success and be prepared for the upcoming remarkable phase of Fitrite’s expansion.
- You must be willing to keep up to date with the sector, park developments and business development opportunities.
Pay: £30,000 + Commission
