Fitrite Fencing and Decking Ltd is part of the Sash UK group, and has recently celebrated over 50 years of manufacturing. We grew from a department within Sash UK, to a company in our own right, within the Sash UK Group.

We operate multiple teams nationally, supported by our Head Office and UK manufacturing facility based in Barnsley. Full training is given for all roles where required.

DeckingFitter

DECKING FITTER

FITRITE EAST ANGLIA  •   Norfolk + Suffolk

Our Decking Fitters are the backbone of our business. Our talented team of fitters install Fitrite decking, Fencing and Balustrading on Domestic , Commercial and Park locations. Because our products last so long and will be seen for many years to come, attention to detail is a must, as well as having pride in your work.

  • Building PVC Decking Subframes
  • Installation of PVC Decks on Caravans, Lodges and Domestic Properties
  • Previous Deck fitting experience is essential
  • Installing to the highest standards
  • Willing to undergo further traiing and skills improvments as employer requires
  • Van and tools supplied
  • Driving Licence Required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous Deck Fitting experience is preferred
  • Joiners experience is helpful

GROUNDWORKER

FITRITE EAST ANGLIA •   Norfolk + Suffolk

Working across Norfolk and Suffolk predominantly around the Coast you will be looking after groundworks on Caravan, Lodge and Holiday Parks for our National and Local Accounts.

  • Experience is required as you will be laying flags, undertaking kerb edging, underatking preaparation for pea gravel and similar.
  • You must be able to work independently and happy to repeesent the company well, with the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Immediate starts are available.

INSTALLATIONS MANAGER

FITRITE EAST ANGLIA •   Norfolk + Suffolk

The most suitable Installation Manager will have previous management / supervision experience working on multi site projects previously. It is highly desired that the Installation Manager has a good background in scheduling works, materials and people. You will be capable of reviewing performance data and making insightful, informed and appropriate decisions that drive profitability and control cost. You will hold full responsibility for the Health and Safety compliance of the teams.

Installation Manager Position Overview

  • Manage the installation teams
  • Ordering stock and materials in advance for upcoming schedule
  • Oversee prepration work up front for forthcoming jobs
  • Recruit and allocate additional fitters
  • Ensure customer issues are dealt with and overcome problems
  • Manage, update and communicate re schedule jobs status’ and changes
  • Communicating with reps, installation teams, internal contacts and customers as necessary.

Installation Manager Position Requirements

  • Previous installation management experience
  • Working knowledge within the multi site installation role
  • Good technical skills

Installation Manager Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary (Dependant on experience)
  • Support and training
  • Direct line to Installations Director for support

ACCOUNT HANDLER

FITRITE EAST ANGLIA  •   Norfolk + Suffolk

Working on our national and local accounts supporting holiday park managers and owners with their customer’s decking needs.

You will build relationships and rapport across a multiple site territory (Norfolk and Suffolk) making regular visits. You will be happy to nurture existing accounts and undertake surveys and reviews, responding quickly and professionally to additional customer requests. Working to service level agreements and agreed deadlines and response times; our customers will come to learn that your word is everything.

We believe that aftersales support is as important as the first contact and our ethos is to say yes and support our customer needs.

You will undertake site visits, measure up and share product information with the parks and customers, but have the full backing of a national and local administration service team to help you deliver the very best.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

FITRITE HEAD OFFICE   •   Grimethorpe

Experiencing growth, development and innovation it is with excitement that we invite applications to join our growing Finance and Support teams. As we step up a gear, forge our way deeper into our markets and continue to build on our successes; you will help in managing a multitude of financial administrative duties:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Bank Reconcilliations,
  • Monitoring Payment Receipts
  • Liaising with Customer Account Managers
  • Managing the Journal
  • Credit Control
  • And other finance related tasks

You:

  • You will have an excellent work ethic, be energetic and enthusiastic and be tenacious and confident in approaching problems.
  • As a team player, you relish engaging with the customers, suppliers and team members alike and will have a wealth of administrative, accounts and organisational skills.
  • Experienced in a wide range of accounts tasks, you want a role that offers variety .
  • You are computer literate and have strong Excel skills and experience in finance packages.
